Ubuntu 18 template removal

The Ubuntu 18 template will be retired as it has reached the end of its standard support cycle. We strongly encourage users to upgrade to newer Ubuntu versions to ensure ongoing security updates and support. While existing virtual machines utilising the Ubuntu 18 template will continue to function normally, it is recommended to migrate to more recent Ubuntu releases to maintain optimal performance, security, and compatibility with the latest software packages and features.
