GPU model and plan reconfiguration

GPU Servers now support GPU model and plan reconfiguration without reinstalling the server. You can shut the server down, select a different GPU model or plan, and boot it again without redeployment.

This enables a workflow where:

• Development can run on smaller GPUs, then move to larger GPU plans for deployment without rebuilding the server image or redoing the installation.
• You can switch to another GPU model or plan when your preferred GPU capacity is temporarily unavailable.

The feature supports all UpCloud GPU models and plans.
