Kubernetes v1.36 now available

Kubernetes v1.36 is now available on UpCloud Managed Kubernetes, and our CNCF Kubernetes certification has been renewed on v1.36. Like every Kubernetes release, v1.36 brings new stable, beta and alpha features. See the Kubernetes v1.36 release notes for the details.

You can create a new cluster on v1.36 in the Control Panel, or upgrade an existing cluster in the Control Panel or with the UpCloud API. Clusters upgrade one minor version at a time, so a cluster on v1.34 first upgrades to v1.35 and then to v1.36. For the steps, see How to upgrade a Managed Kubernetes cluster.
