System level logs from Managed Databases can now be exported to OpenSearch and Rsyslog destinations through service integrations. This new feature lets you centralise and monitor system logs from your databases more effectively. You can:

• Stream system-level service logs in real-time
• Export to UpCloud OpenSearch Managed Database or Rsyslog servers
• Secure logs in transit with TLS encryption
• Organise logs with custom prefix tagging

Setting up log exports is straightforward through the UpCloud Control Panel - simply choose your destination platform, configure your connection settings, and your database logs will start flowing automatically.

We're excited to announce that VPN Gateways have graduated from beta and are now generally available to all UpCloud customers!

This powerful feature connects SDN Private Networks to any external IPsec compatible VPN endpoints. The VPN functionality can be used to connect to on-premise networks, other data centres and other cloud providers.

VPN Gateways also include integrated Network Address Translation (NAT) capabilities, enabling internet connectivity from the associated SDN Private Networks.
