Network billing
Public IPv4 Addresses
Network transfer via public network interfaces is provided at zero cost following our Zero-cost egress initiative and Fair Transfer policy:
- Starter, Premium, and Cloud Native plans include a fair transfer quota depending on the plan 1 TB – 100 TB, contributing to the user’s public network fair transfer limit.
- Flexible plan* outbound transfers are billed per GB.
Additional IPv4 addresses are billed on an hourly basis.
Public IPv6 Addresses
IPv6 addresses are provided free of charge. Every server is limited to one IPv6 address (/128) each.
Floating IP
Floating IPs are billed per address reserved by the account irrespective whether the address is attached to other resources or not.
Zero-Cost Egress
Network transfer via public network interfaces is provided at no additional cost under our Zero-cost egress initiative. This policy is governed by our Fair Transfer policy.
Network Transfer Quotas
Different server plans include varying fair transfer quotas:
- Cloud Native plans: Up to 100 TB
- General Purpose plans: 1-50 TB depending on plan size
- High CPU plans: 1-50 TB depending on plan size
- High Memory plans: 1-50 TB depending on plan size
- Developer plans: 1 TB
Note: Flexible plans, which are no longer available to new customers, are billed per GB for outbound transfers.
SDN Private Networks
Our Software-Defined Networking (SDN) private networks are provided at no additional cost:
- Connect unlimited Cloud Servers within the same network
- Free data transfer between connected servers
- Multiple networks per account supported
Utility Network
The Utility Network provides:
- Zero-cost data transfer within the network, globally
- Automatic availability for all Cloud Servers
Security Services
Firewall
Each Cloud Server includes a firewalling at no additional cost.
Floating IP Addresses
Floating IPs enable high availability setups:
- Billed per attached IP address
- Real-time mobility between servers
Gateway Services
Our gateway services are billed hourly and offer various configurations with features such as Network Address Translation (NAT) and Virtual Private Networking (VPN). Each gateway plan is designed to meet different deployment needs, from development environments to production workloads requiring high availability and advanced networking features.
