Network billing
Public Network
Cloud Servers utilising predefined plans include 1 public IPv4 address in their monthly price. Any additional addresses are billed per hour.
IPv6 addresses are offered free of charge.
Network transfer via public network interfaces is provided at zero cost following our Zero-cost egress initiative and Fair Transfer policy:
- General Purpose, High CPU, High Memory, Developer, and Cloud Native plans include a fair transfer quota depending on the plan 1 TB – 100 TB, contributing to the user’s public network fair transfer limit.
- Flexible plan* outbound transfers are billed per GB.
*Note that Flexible plans have been discontinued and no longer offered to new customers.
SDN private networks
Private networks are complimentary with unlimited attached Cloud Servers. Data transfer within SDN Private networks is free of charge.
Utility network
Utility network is provided free of charge to all Cloud Servers and data transfer within the networks is free of charge.
Firewall
The firewall is configured per-server basis and included in every monthly plan price.
Floating IP
Floating IPs are billed per attached IP.
NAT and VPN Gateways
Gateway services offer the following configurations and are billed per hour:
