The language of communication is English.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Our moderation policies<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>UpCloud policy on moderating content hosted on our platform is based on our Terms of Service (<a href=\"https:\/\/upcloud.com\/global\/terms-of-service\">https:\/\/upcloud.com\/global\/terms-of-service<\/a>), in particular Section 13 (Illegal Content, Suspensions, Termination, Section 14 (Use Restrictions) and our <a href=\"https:\/\/upcloud.com\/global\/terms-of-service#acceptable-use-policy\">Acceptable Use Policy<\/a>. Our legal and operational framework is also based on the laws of Finland and the European Union.<\/p>\n<p>In case of encountering illegal content, the processing basis of this content is based on the DSA Article 6 paragraph 1, which means that when we become aware of possible illegal content in our platform via abuse reporting channel specified above, we apply the Terms of Service on processing and acting on the complaint to check its validity.<\/p>\n<p>We may require additional information on the received complaint to identify a responsible end-user for further actions such as timestamps of the occurred event with timezone information or other evidence on the illegal activity occurring.
