With 9,220 cabinets when fully built, it is the largest Equinix\u2019s data centre in Australia and meets all the highest security and reliability standards.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We\u2019ve been happy to see the strong uptake in our Sydney data centre right from the launch. However, we want to help even more customers in Australia to run their services on the world&#8217;s fastest cloud servers by cutting our prices by 33%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Antti Vilpponen<cite>CEO, UpCloud<\/cite><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The data centre provides the same performance as UpCloud\u2019s 11 other data centres, and geographical proximity to Australia and Oceania makes it particularly fast for local businesses. It also features the AMD EPYC processors with even more CPU cores and increased performance compared to the previous Intel generations.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new prices are in effect as of today and match UpCloud\u2019s worldwide <a href=\"https:\/\/upcloud.com\/global\/pricing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">pricing<\/a>.
