The infrastructure includes any Cloud Server components and services that we offer. The UpCloud Control Panel offers the tools needed for users to manage their cloud infrastructure by themselves, but if something goes wrong, we are happy to help.
Users can find a detailed breakdown of their hourly billing history at their UpCloud Control Panel which often helps with cost-related questions. We are of course happy to help with any questions regarding user accounts, payments and billing.
As a cloud provider, UpCloud offers infrastructure-as-a-service with preconfigured operating system templates with limited system-level support related to our services such as network configuration and storage scaling.
We also offer an extensive catalogue of tutorials and how-to guides to help users make the most of their cloud servers. However, we might not be able to assist with software-specific issues beyond what is already covered in our tutorials.
