Season 1: Now being released!

The first season includes 10 episodes, released every other week and available in both audio and video formats. We’ll feature a range of guests from across our customer and partner network — from fast-scaling startups to experienced cloud professionals — all sharing how they approach digital infrastructure, growth, and resilience in the European market.

Two episodes are already available, a first ‘Meet the Hosts’ episode to set the tone, introduce the format and our two hosts Janikka Jokinen and Teppo Suominen, and our first guest episode ‘Scaling Smart: Hailey HR on Agility, Compliance & European Cloudwith Hailey HR, a rising star in Europe’s HR tech landscape.

In this conversation, we explore how they’ve managed to scale rapidly while navigating the complexities of data protection and compliance in one of the most tightly regulated industries.

Hailey HR shares how they built their infrastructure with privacy and trust in mind from day one — including their choice to partner with a European cloud provider to ensure full alignment with GDPR and data sovereignty expectations. But the episode goes beyond technical decisions. We talk about what it means to put people first — both in how they build HR software and in the infrastructure choices that support modern work.

This episode offers valuable insights for anyone building cloud-native products in regulated industries or expanding across Europe. Whether you’re facing compliance hurdles, debating infrastructure trade-offs, or just want to hear how a fast-growing SaaS company thinks about long-term cloud strategy — this is a must-listen and it is only the beginning.
