Ready to experience a storage solution that aligns with your needs?
UpCloud’s Managed Object Storage is a scalable storage solution designed for storing and managing large amounts of unstructured data, such as images, videos, backups, and more. It offers high availability and durability, making it ideal for applications that require robust data storage.
Unlike Block Storage, which is designed for databases and applications that require low-latency access, Managed Object Storage is optimized for storing and retrieving large amounts of data, such as media files or backups, over a network connection. It is more scalable and cost-effective for handling unstructured data.
Managed Object Storage pricing is based on the amount of data storage required. You only pay for what you use (€0.02/GB) scaling up in steps of 250 GB, making it a flexible and cost-effective solution. There’s no minimum fee or long-term commitment. Internet-transfer is also included, which usually is a big line item in competitors and can be very unpredictable.
You can access your data in Managed Object Storage using any S3-compatible tool, via the Internet (if enabled) or Private Network (if enabled). This makes it easy to integrate with your existing workflows, applications and customers.
Managed Object Storage includes encryption at rest and in transit, access control lists (ACLs), and bucket policies to ensure your data is secure. You have full control over who can access your data, ensuring it stays protected.
