The new year has started off in a swift manner here at UpCloud. While most improvements and features are technical and we are surely pushing those forward, we have also improved our customer support service we give to our customers. We are very happy to be able to launch our new Cloud Concierge -service.
The service is available on weekdays, Monday to Friday, between 7 am and 4 pm CET. You can give us a call and ask us all kinds of infrastructure or service related questions. The call will be taken by our staff who have first-hand knowledge of our infrastructure and service functionality.
We’ve noticed that many of our customers value high-end service where we have the knowledge and opportunity to not only solve potential server issues but also give advice on new viewpoints going forward. All this is now available through the cloud concierge service.

With this, we are changing our phone service hours, but also greatly improve the service we are able to give our customers. Naturally, this access to our development staff is free of charge to our customers. The new information can be found on our contact page or through the UpCloud control panel.
